Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our mobile massage service, insurance direct billing, home setup, pricing, and certified RMT standards.
Q1. How do I book a mobile massage appointment?
Booking is fast and convenient! You can submit an enquiry form on our website or call us directly to confirm availability.
Q2. What geographic service areas do you cover?

We provide mobile therapeutic massage across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We bring full mobile spa setup directly to private homes, apartments, corporate offices, hotel rooms, and event venues.

Q3. How does mobile massage work?

Your Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) arrives at your specified location with a professional heated massage table, fresh laundered sheets, hypoallergenic oils, and soothing background music. All you need to provide is a small quiet space (approx. 6x9 ft).

Q4. Do you accept extended health insurance benefits?

Yes! All treatments are conducted by a certified Registered Massage Therapist (CMTO RMT). Every session qualifies for reimbursement under extended Canadian health insurance benefit plans.
Q5. How far in advance should I reserve my session?

While we recommend booking 24 to 48 hours in advance for optimal time slot choice, we frequently accommodate same-day appointments depending on daily travel schedules.

Q1. How is pricing structured?
Our pricing is strictly duration-based (60 Mins $105 CAD, 90 Mins $150 CAD, 120 Mins $195 CAD). There are no add-on charges for specific modalities like Deep Tissue, Cupping Therapy, or Myofascial Release—everything is included in your session rate.
Q2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Interac e-Transfer, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), debit cards, and cash. You will receive an official digital invoice immediately following your treatment.
Q3. Is online credit card payment required when booking?
No! We do not require credit card details or advance deposits when submitting a booking enquiry online. You pay comfortably after your treatment concludes.
Q4. Are there extra travel fees for mobile service?
Travel, equipment transport, parking setup, and linen laundering are all 100% included in our published duration rates within our primary service boundary.

Q2. How does direct billing work?

We direct bill major providers including Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Blue Cross, Green Shield, Desjardins, ClaimSecure, and Industrial Alliance. Simply provide your policy numbers before your appointment and we handle the electronic submission.

Q3. Do I need a doctor's referral for insurance reimbursement?

While Registered Massage Therapy is recognized by insurance companies across Canada, some specific individual policy plans require a physician's referral note. We advise checking your member portal to confirm.

Q4. What if electronic direct billing isn't available for my plan?

If your insurance provider does not support third-party portal billing, you can pay for your session directly and submit the official RMT receipt we email you immediately after your appointment.
